Shepherd’s Purse Side Effects: Not recommended during pregnancy, the herb can cause uterine contractions. Not for those with liver or kidney disease.
Shepherd’s Purse Drug Interactions: Taking shepherd’s purse along with sedative medications might cause too much sleepiness. Shepherd’s purse might decrease how much thyroid hormone the body produces. Taking shepherd’s purse along with thyroid hormone might decrease the effectiveness of thyroid hormone.
