Fire Making Class – $125.00 – 10 to 3

Learn everything you need to know to warm yourself and cook food over a fire in the woods. This includes starting a fire by friction without any lighters, matches or flint. Your instructor will demonstrate several different ancient and traditional fire-making strategies, as well as discuss preparation of tinder, kindling and fuel wood. You’ll also learn how to deal with damp and wet conditions.

Preregistration and payment are required. If you are not able to attend, a 48 hour cancellation is required to receive a full refund. Registered attendees who do not call to cancel or do not show up will not be refunded.
