Campfire Cooking Class – $125.00 – 10 to 3

You will learn how to properly identify, collect, and prepare delicious, nutritious meals from what the forest provides. We will show you how to incorporate the wild edibles that we collect into every meal, and you will get to sample the tasty results. Come learn how to provide for yourself!

You will get to:

• Construct and cook a meal in a steam pit
• Learn several open-fire cooking techniques
• Learn traditional cooking methods
• Process acorns for wild nut bread

Preregistration and payment are required. If you are not able to attend, a 48 hour cancellation is required to receive a full refund. Registered attendees who do not call to cancel or do not show up will not be refunded.
